COLUMBIA—Funeral services for Jennifer S. McFarland, 27, of Columbia, will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, January 22, 2015 at Temples Halloran Funeral Home Chapel, 5400 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29212.Reverend Mark Bredholt will officiate. The family will greet friends from 6-7 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Ms. McFarland passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2015.Born in Columbia, she is the daughter of Reba Joyce Funderburk McFarland and the late Mark Francis McFarland.She was a graduate of Irmo High School and attended Midlands Tech.Jennifer enjoyed spending time with her son and mother, especially on trips and vacations to the beach.She enjoyed posting while following her friends on Facebook. She can be best remembered for her long flowing hair. Surviving are her mother, Reba F. McFarland of Columbia; son, Jaylin Lucas McFarland of Columbia; maternal grandmother, Joyce Blackmon of Lancaster, SC; along with a host of aunts, uncles and cousins all that live in Lancaster, SC.Jennifer was preceded in death by her father and son, Julian and daughter, Mia.
