Kristina “LuLu” Ann Graham, 45, passed away on August 16, 2025.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 5:00 pm on Friday, August 22, 2025, at East Lake Community Church, 10057 Broad River Rd, Irmo, SC 29063, with visitation beginning one hour prior to the service.
Kristina will be remembered for her joyful spirit, happy disposition, and zest for life. Vibrant and loving, she touched the lives of many with her kindness and energy. Music was always at the heart of her life—she played the flute and piccolo with the Irmo High School Marching Band, all four championship years, and she continued to enjoy musicals and plays throughout her life.
She loved spending time with her family, especially her nieces, and delighted in playing cards, bowling, and connecting with people wherever she went. Volunteering with animal rescue was particularly meaningful to Kristina, and it was there she met her beloved furry companion, Roscoe.
Kristina’s faith was central to her life. She was a devoted member of EastLake Community Church and, even when her health prevented her from attending in person, she faithfully worshiped online. The family is deeply grateful for the support of their church family during this time. Kristina also had a fondness for frogs and embraced the reminder of “F.R.O.G.”—Fully Rely On God—as her life’s guiding theme.
She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Michael Graham; her son, Terrell Graham (LaShondra); her grandson, Jackson Levi Graham; her parents, Jim and Margie Banta; her brother, Brian Banta (Shannon); three beloved nieces, Giuliana Banta, Gabriella Banta, Annabella Banta and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and extended family members.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made in Kristina’s memory may be made to Homeward Bound Pet Rescue or to East Lake Community Church.
