WEST COLUMBIA—Matthew Dean Carroll, 38 of West Columbia, passed away September 1, 2017. Born on October 31, 1978 in Royal Oak, Michigan he is the son of Susan DeHaven (John) of Chesterfield Township, Michigan and Dean M. Carroll (Sherry) of Lexington, South Carolina. Matt was a graduate of Lexington High School and will be missed by all who knew him. Besides his parents, Matt is survived by sisters Jaymie Cochran (Chase), Jessica Johnson (David), nieces and nephews who are Ayden and Ryland Cochran, Peyton and Madilynn Johnson, Grandmothers Grace Panizzoli and Ellen Downs, Grandparents Theresa and William Carroll.Temples Halloran Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements while Lee-Ellena Funeral Home of Macomb, Michigan 48044 will handle all final arrangements.
