Taylor Elizabeth Sayre, 28, passed away leaving behind a legacy of warmth, light, and unforgettable joy. Taylor had an infectious laughter that could soften even the hardest day and a beautiful smile that brightened every room she entered. Her presence was a gift — vibrant, kind, and effortlessly uplifting to those around her.
Taylor cared deeply for people and animals alike, moving through the world with a gentle heart and a generosity of spirit that made others feel safe, seen, and loved. She cherished her family above all else and had a way of ending every conversation with an “I love you,” a simple phrase that reflected the sincerity of her soul and the depth of her affection.
She will be deeply missed by all who loved her, and by everyone fortunate enough to have been touched by her presence.
Taylor is survived by her mother, Lisa Carlson (Lonnie), and her father, Gregory Sayre; her sister, Ashley Edinger, and her beloved niece, Sophia. She is also survived by her grandmother, Bonnie Kober. Taylor was preceded in death by her grandparents, Marion and Joseph Gladkowski. Her life was enriched by the love of many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
Her absence leaves an ache that words cannot fully hold, but her spirit — joyful, radiant, and deeply loved — will continue to shine in all who knew her.
A Celebration of Life iwill be held in Michigan in the spring or summer of this year. A candlelight vigil will be held in Crofton, MD by Ashley, Taylor's sister, and a couple of friends. Date to be determined.
